You have spent your whole life being the one who shows up, for your kids, your clients, your colleagues, your friends, everyone who needs something from you. You are good at it. You are so good at it that no one has thought to ask if you're okay in a very long time. And honestly?

You're not sure you'd know how to answer.

The part you don’t say out loud.

You just know that something is off, and that you're exhausted in a way that a good night's sleep hasn't fixed in years.

Hi. I'm Whitney.

Founder of Intuitive Healing Therapy

I'm an AuDHD millennial mom of three neurodivergent children, servant to three cats, maybe a few jumping spiders, and a house that I can’t keep up with to save my life. I’m your neighborhood spooky girly who keeps Halloween decor up all year round, loves a good murder documentary, and will absolutely never tell you to look on the bright side. After all, don’t all creatures of darkness and shadow come undone with sunlight? Ok, fine we might need just a little.

I know what it is to move through a world that wasn't built for you. To navigate life without the manual that everyone else seems to have. To look like you have it together from the outside while something unnamed lives and haunts you quietly underneath.

I know what is it To be the capable one, the one everyone leans on, while wondering, if anyone will ever show up for you.

I work with this population because I am this population. Not in a way that makes this about me, but in a way that means when you walk in, I already understand the landscape. I know what it is to carry something heavy and unnamed for years while appearing completely functional on the outside. I know what it costs. I know what changes when you finally find the right room. I chose this work because I believe my clients. the ones who have been too much for some spaces and invisible in others. You deserve a clinician who has been in the dark too.

Who isn't afraid of it. Who will stay.

Why I do this work.
