welcome to

If its 2 am, your googling your symptoms, and you’ve landed on my blog, might as well stay a while.

I became a therapist to help people heal, not to pretend I don't also believe Mercury retrograde is personally targeting me. As I usually say - both things can be true at the same time.

Healing doesn't stick to one language, so neither does this blog. I write about whatever's coming up most — for me or for the people I sit with — some weeks that's research, plainly, some weeks it's a tarot pull, a myth, a lyric, a fictional character, a trustfall down a rabbit hole, or all of the above. Plus, at least one of my cats co-signs all of it, mostly by sitting on it, so you can expect only the content that's cleared quality control.

This is for the woman who's spent years being both — too much and not enough, achieving and still feeling like a fraud, following every rule while quietly breaking a few. Sometimes all before lunch. Take what you need, leave what you don't. Read at your own risk. Or don't. Because I’m not here to tell you what to do, let’s face it. That never goes well.

I'm glad you're here — pull up a chair or a cauldron, a coffee, or whatever feels right.

Across nearly every kind of therapy, the strength of the relationship is one of the most consistent predictors of whether it actually works — and for complex trauma and chronic invalidation, it matters even more.

Connection isn't the warm-up. It's the mechanism.
