This Privacy Policy describes how Intuitive Healing Therapy, PLLC ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information gathered through this website (intuitivehealingtherapypllc.com). It applies to website visitors and prospective clients. It does not cover protected health information (PHI) collected once you become an established client — that is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, provided separately at intake.

Information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, and any message details you submit through our new client inquiry form.
Automatically collected information: basic technical data such as browser type, device type, and general usage patterns, collected through Squarespace's built-in website hosting functionality (see Section 3).
We do not knowingly collect sensitive health information through this website. Please do not include details about your mental health history, diagnoses, or a crisis situation in the inquiry form.
2. How We Use Information
Information submitted through the inquiry form is used solely to:

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Website Hosting, Cookies & Third-Party Services
This website is built and hosted on Squarespace. Squarespace may collect limited technical and usage data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) through cookies and similar technologies as part of its standard hosting infrastructure, in accordance with Squarespace's own privacy policy.
Our new client inquiry form routes submissions to Google Workspace (Gmail), which we use for HIPAA-aware business communications. Information submitted is handled in accordance with Google Workspace's data protection practices.
We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, or similar third-party advertising or tracking tools on this website. If that changes in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly, and where required, a cookie consent notice will be added.
4. Data Retention
Inquiry form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, are transitioned into our secure clinical record-keeping system. If you do not become a client, inquiry information is retained for a limited administrative period and then deleted.
5. Your Rights
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we have collected about you through this website, or to request that it be deleted, provided it is not otherwise required to be retained by law.
6. Children's Privacy
This website is not directed at individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors through this site.
7. Not a Substitute for Emergency Services
This website and its contact form are not monitored for emergencies. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.
8. Changes to This Policy
